Our Management Services
Tenant rental payment would be paid directly into Cronin Wall Properties rental account where we will check that payments are made in full and on time.
Once rental payment is received we will credit transfer payment direct into Landlords account (deducting CWP management fee).
Cronin Wall Properties would deal with all queries/requests from the tenant i.e. tenant would liaise directly with us.
Property Inspections and report back to Landlord.
Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues in need of attention.
Arrange for reliable and trustworthy tradesmen to carry out the necessary works. We have a list of tradesmen that we use for many of our clients on a regular basis e.g. plumber, electrician, gas boiler technician, appliance repair technician, locksmith, general maintenance person etc.
Should an emergency occur in your property we can organise to have a tradesperson at your property that day i.e. serious leaks, heating system failure, electrical issues etc.
We can arrange the general maintenance of your property i.e. painter, cleaner, gardener, handy man, window cleaner, removal/dumping of items.
Prompt payments to tradesmen for necessary work on your rental property.
Rental management fee is only charged when a tenant is living in your rental property.
Rental fee is charged for the duration of the tenancy.
